Suzi Pigg is the director of enterprise sales for health plans at Benefitfocus. In this role, Suzi works directly with Benefitfocus' health plan partners on the development of new sales and operational initiatives. She's been with Benefitfocus for 13 years and has deep understanding of the Benefitfocus Platform and how it serves the needs of the various roles in the user community. Since joining Benefitfocus,  Suzi has led teams in client services, marketing and solution engineering, supporting not only the technical sales process for enterprise clients, but also the successful rollout into their respective markets for all Benefitfocus products. Suzi holds a Master of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina. 

Andy Van Nortwick

Lead Solutions Engineer, Enterprise Sales (Health Plans), Benefitfocus

Andy Van Nortwick is the lead solution engineer for health plans at Benefitfocus and works supporting current and prospective customers through new solution discovery managing all technical aspects of our sales process. Andy has been with Benefitfocus for over eight years supporting sales efforts in both the employer and health plan space, working with some of the nation’s top organizations to fully maximize their investment in the Benefitplace solution. Prior to Benefitfocus, Andy held sales positions in infrastructure and workforce management technology firms, providing a rich software and networking background to help shape future discussions with our customers in their drive towards a digital transformation of their front and back-end operations. Andy holds a bachelor's degree in management of information systems from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.

Randy Buchanan

Business Solutions Consultant (Health Plans), Benefitfocus

Randy Buchanan is a business solutions consultant responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Benefitfocus platform, providing product expertise, and working with customers to understand their business and technical requirements. Buchanan has been with Benefitfocus for nearly a decade where he's specialized in the Data Management & Exchange solution. He's held data management, customer success, implementation and management roles across the Exchange platform, giving him detailed end-to-end knowledge of the solution.

Ashley Jackson

Senior Solution Engineer

Ashley has served Benefitfocus for over 11 years. Throughout that time, she has had various roles across the organization, specializing in customer management, implementation, and technical solutioning working with various market segments including insurance carriers, enterprise employers and public sector. Ashley’s primary area of focus is consultative technical sales in our insurance carrier business unit, with a specialized focus on medical insurance carriers. She works hand in hand with our existing and prospective insurance carriers and distribution partners to appropriately align our solutions with their evolving needs in both group and individual markets.​ Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University. She also has her PHR certification.​
