Chris Condeluci

Christopher E. Condeluci is principal and sole shareholder of CC Law & Policy, a legal and policy practice that focuses on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“ACA”) and its impact on stakeholders ranging from employers and third-party administrators to health IT companies and hospital/health systems. Prior to forming CC Law & Policy, Chris served as Tax and Benefits Counsel to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee. During his time in Congress, Chris participated in the development of portions of the ACA, including the Exchanges, the State insurance market reforms and all of the taxes enacted under the law. Based on his experience as an employee benefits attorney, Chris possesses a unique level of expertise on matters relating to tax law, ERISA and the ACA.

Laura Bongiorno
Head of  Voluntary, Technology & Specialty Market Sales for Group Benefits, The Hartford
 

Laura Bongiorno leads national sales and distribution for Voluntary, Accident & Health and Group Retiree Health markets for Group Benefits. Laura also manages a dedicated technology sales and service team that is accountable for the Group Benefits technology strategy, specifically vendor integration service solutions. 

Laura oversees new product sales expansion efforts, including the development of business plans and growth strategies for each specialty product and market. Her sales teams collaborate with Group Benefit offices across the country and with brokers, technology vendors and clients. Bongiorno is involved in product design, developing end-to-end service and operational improvements to achieve an enhanced customer experience. 

Prior to The Hartford, Bongiorno was a sales leader at MetLife for more than 13 years and spent 10 years at Unum. A Massachusetts native, she earned her bachelor's degree from Bowdoin College in 1988.

Myra Frailey has worn many hats at Benefitfocus. Since joining the team in 2015, she has overseen our HR business partners, efficiently led our PMO and currently serves as our interim Chief Human Resources Officer. In addition to being responsible for our culture, community, recruiting and facilities, Myra is in charge of celebrating and promoting associate growth and is always up for putting together a party! She is a trusted mentor, counselor and confidant to our associate family.  

Myra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management Science from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining Benefitfocus, she served as the Global HR Business Director for CSC Information Technology & Services.

Dani leads the delivery of innovation for Aon clients and their employees. She leads the Customer Experience (CX Team) to ensure every experience and interaction is precise, measurable, scalable and aligned with client priorities.
 
Combining proprietary data and market- leading expertise, Dani is responsible for delivering data analytic tools designed to help Aon’s clients make better decisions - from holistic benefit offerings and value-based plan designs, through how to best educate and engage employees. 

With over 25 years in the benefits industry, working within carrier, vendor, benefits administration, and consulting ecosystems, Dani has expertise in sales, marketing, distribution, growth strategies, employee education, engagement and communication, product development, and user interface and research design. She has led cross-functional management teams and has consulted with Fortune 500 companies.
