Bigger came to Consociate Health with over 15 years of experience in analytics and account management with self funded clients, where her passion for analytics and compliance began. Bigger holds a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University.

Wendie Carbone is a Benefitfocus analytics customer success manager who develops high-trust relationships with employer, broker and claims administrator clients and helps them maximize the benefits of the BENEFITFOCUS® Advanced Analytics platform. Carbone has been with Benefitfocus for almost three years where she has helped lead the charge in our journey to world-class data in the Analytics department, creating many new processes and practices to enhance our customer experience. Prior to joining Benefitfocus, Carbone held positions in benefits administration and human resource management for several large employers where she played an integral part in driving health and wellness initiatives and containing healthcare costs. She proudly served in the United States Army and is a certified Professional in Human Resources.

Jenna Colman joined Benefitfocus in 2003 as a product manager and has held several leadership roles during her tenure. Her background in industrial and systems engineering is a natural pairing with her current role as vice president of data services where she is responsible for all data into and out of the Benefitfocus production systems, data quality and operations support with a focus on continuous improvement.
 
John Thomas

John Thomas is the Chief Data Officer at Benefitfocus, responsible for leading the company’s data strategy. John has more than a decade of data experience in mobile analytics, customer journey optimization, social media and online advertising. Prior to joining Benefitfocus, he served as executive vice president of data science at Red Ventures where he launched their data science team and oversaw a dramatic, machine-learning initiative that powered transformation of their digital marketing funnel. Prior to his position at Red Ventures, John held leadership roles at Zettics, Lotame Solutions and Crimson Hexagon. He is the current president of the Analytics & Big Data Society, an advisory board member for Wake Forest University’s Masters of Business Analytics, and in 2019 was recognized as one of Charlotte’s 40 Under 40 professionals. He holds both a Ph.D. and a master’s degree in computer science from Dartmouth College.
