Sabina Bhatia
Chief Customer Officer

As the chief customer officer, Sabina Bhatia is an ambassador for the voice of PayActiv clients and their employees. Her tenure spans from the early days of PayActiv when the company had less than a hundred clients to now reaching thousands. She has worked in multiple areas of the company, and she has been instrumental in the evolution of PayActiv as the industry leader in holistic financial wellness. Prior to joining PayActiv, Sabina spent 20 years on Wall Street as an analyst to assist financially-stressed companies restructure their financial position. She now applies her passion and skills to make a positive impact in the lives of workers.

Patrick Burke
Head of Healthcare

Patrick leads the healthcare segment for Happify Health. His primary focus is bringing Happify’s world-class, digital mental health and wellbeing platform to employers and health plans who share a passion for improving emotional health so that their organizations can excel. Patrick joined Happify after over 25 years with Aon Hewitt because of his firm belief that digital health innovation plays a pivotal role in helping employers improve the total wellbeing of their workforce – financially, physically and emotionally. He enjoys working with clients across their broad HR needs, from leadership development and culture change through support for mental and physical health conditions.

Director of Benefits and Wellness

Misty Guinn is the director of benefits and wellness at Benefitfocus, where she analyzes health claims data and industry trends, and works closely with suppliers, health plans and broker consultants to create and manage innovative health plan strategies for associates. She is dedicated to helping others improve their total wellbeing through education, culture, relationships and a supportive environment that embraces all of the pillars of wellbeing: physical, mental/emotional, financial, social and purpose.

Emily Payne is managing editor at BenefitsPRO. A Wisconsin native, she spent the past eight years writing and editing for various athletic and fitness publications. She holds an English degree and a Business certificate from the University of Wisconsin.

Jason Von Bank
President and CEO

President and CEO of Wellbeats, Jason Von Bank is charged with leading the world’s leading virtual fitness provider. His extensive career includes leadership roles at General Electric, UnitedHealth Group, LifeTime Fitness and most recently the Schwan Food Company. He received his BA from the University of St. Thomas and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School. He serves on the board for Special Olympics, MN as chairman of the board, and spends much of his free time with his wife and three kids.
